Flower Show to Be Held by Sunshine Horticulture
The Sunshine Horticulture group will stage an autumn show this year at the Sunshine Town Stall on Saturday April 22. After drought threatened abandonment, recent rains revived gardens and the event is expected to meet high standards. The Sunshine display rivals the Royal Horticultural Society show as the metro area’s best outside London. Leading figures are Dr J R Parsons, Shire President and secretary, and Dr Drayton, President, praised for their leadership and the society’s energy.
