Craven asks sewer relief from state moratorium

Gunshot kills new doctor at Vanceboro clinic
Dr. Charles Ogle a 34 year old family practice physician recruited in June to staff the Vanceboro Medical Center died after a gunshot wound to the chest Monday night. He was transported to Craven hospital where he died at 1 56 a m today. The Craven County Sheriff Office is investigating with no suspects. An autopsy is planned. Ogle formerly lived in Morgantown West Virginia and was brought to provide pediatric and family care. Community members recalled his dedication and willingness to visit patients at home.
