Richard Curry Drug Smuggling Trial Delayed Again
Richard Curry's marijuana smuggling trial in Charlotte County has been postponed for the third time. Charges allege four counts of smuggling marijuana into uninhabited areas in 1978 and 1979. He has been free on $100,000 bond since May 23, 1980, as his Florida defense awaits.
