New Venice building project nears completion on US 41
A Venice area contractor R. J. Bob Hamilton progresses a six unit commercial building just south of the north bridge on US 41 Business beside the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce. Three spaces are leased to a law firm Hazen Tracy Morris PA McCullough and Thomas Insurance and Hamilton Realty. The design mirrors nearby La Bella Costa condos with parking grading planned soon and a final lot to improve customer access.
