Window shattering dispute leaves man needing stitches
Albert Fuller of Port Charlotte argued with Madelynn Simpson and smashed his hand through a front window, requiring medical stitches at Englewood Emergency Clinic. In a separate incident, a B B shot near Sunset Bay Motel killed a cat. deputies questioned Lester Haenes and Lewis Jones who denied involvement and warned of a warrant if the cat is shot again.

Missing boy returned after weekend dispute in Englewood
Randall Luke returned Eli, two-year-old son of Francis Luke, to his mother after taking him during a dispute. Ruby Greer notified the boy's mother and arranged the handover. Lt. Tommy Kirkland confirmed the sequence of events.

Prowler Reported Outside Linda Lang's Bedroom Window
