Englewood Welcomes First Woman Firefighter Karen Stuckey
Karen Stuckey became Englewood's first woman firefighter on December 8 after 14 to 18 weeks of training. She drives a house truck and a brush truck and is undergoing forestry and air pack training while continuing work as a floral designer at Ann's Flower Shop. Her husband Bob is a fellow EVFD volunteer and a local paramedic.
