Dugger Indiana March 18. A 16 year old daughter of Harve Alsman a local farmer attempted death by taking carbolic acid from a medicine cabinet. She arose at about ten tonight and the bottle contained only a small amount, making the attempt unsuccessful.

Otto Littlejohn died at 7 90 Monday morning at his home on the old Anderson Mitchell place south of Farmersburg. Death resulted from consumption after years of illness. The funeral will be held tomorrow. He leaves a wife and one child.
