Noblesville Ind June 16 The jury found William Fodrea not guilty in the Seay assassination case after one hour and thirty minutes deliberation with four ballots decisive for the acquittal.
Deaths Mrs Virgil Stratton Peregrines Died After Long Illness
Mrs. Virgil Stratton died last Thursday night after a lengthy illness. Her brother Harry Pittman Jr. died a few days earlier. She wished to visit her father where Harry was ill, but could not return home. Funeral at Little Flock Saturday conducted by Rev. A. M. McGuire. She left no children. Mr and Mrs Stratton married April 1891.

Death by accidental shooting of Roy Brower near Indian Prairie
