Charlotte Thurman Hoover, a native of Shelburn, Sullivan County, died Monday in Chicago. Her remains were sent to Center Ridge cemetery for burial after a morning arrival. She was 57, daughter of the late Ben Siner, married first to Edward A. Thurman, later to Mr. Hoover, with a step daughter, Dorothy Thurman, in Los Angeles.
