Mrs Minnie B Nash 86 widow of James M Nash died at her North Court Street home Thursday night after a long illness with complications. Funeral at her residence Sunday conducted by Rev John Medhorne with a quartet providing music. Burial at Center Ridge cemetery. Born February 25 1849 near Paxton she married James M Nash in 1871 and moved to Sullivan in 1888. Death of Alfred L Nichols at Merom Station
Alfred L Nichols died at his Merom Station home Thursday night after a short pneumonia illness. He was 60, ran a local store, spent winters in Florida, and died from a severe cold while returning home by auto. A Merom Lodge of Odd Fellows member, his funeral was at Merom Methodist Church with Rev. McKinney, and burial was in Merom Cemetery. He leaves a widow and two sons Clarence and Vernie Nichols.

Narrow Escape in Auto Accident

Linkenhoker Improving After Train Collision Injuries
