FFA Members Prepare for State Contest and Convention
FFA members from Sterling High face a busy summer with a June 3 trip to Springfield for the State Judging Contest. Teams include Grain, Poultry, Livestock, and Dairy with listed students. The June 4-6 State FFA Convention will elect official delegates and crown State Farmer Degree contenders from S.H.S. plus a Farm Safety competition. A Vocational State Fair appearance is planned for Morrison, Illinois on August 19. Each member must complete a summer project with time and money records.
