Daykin Farmers Organize Protective Association
About eight Daykin area farmers formed a Farmer Protective Association to guard against thieves stealing chickens hogs cattle and other stock. County Attorney Arthur Denney and Sheriff F M Tippin attended and spoke. The group also offered rewards for arrest and conviction of farm thieves.
