Mrs Harry Allen entertained 24 guests Monday afternoon in a miscellaneous shower for her sister Miss Ida Loth daughter of Ezra and Mrs Loth. Ida Loth plans to wed Lewis Weichel of Plymouth in early February. The bride to be received many gifts and refreshments of sandwiches pickles jello wafers and coffee were served at the close.

Mrs Fay Clark Hosts January Bridge Night
Mrs Fay Clark entertained Monday evening January 16 at her mother's home with all members present. Miss Gretz inger attended as a guest and Mrs G V Casler won the top bridge score. A two course lunch followed. On January 29 the Onaway club, hosted by Mrs Joe Davis, featured bridge with high score won by Mrs Glenn Riddle and a delicious two course lunch.

Clarence Price aided Norman Fenteman in baling hay on Tuesday. A John Barnes home dance occurred Tuesday night. Art Kenning sawed wood for George Kenning John Janasen Perry Carrico and Emil Kenning last week. Norman Fenteman and Clarence Price began baling alfalfa on Thursday for Dave Sullivan. Bill Kelley shelled corn Wednesday for Compton Brothers and Thursday for Ira Sermins Mrs Miller and Mrs George Kenning visited Rocky Hollow school Wednesday afternoon. Charley Compton and family and George Banahan spent Sunday at the Malady home. Walter Williamson of Reynolds visited Norman Fenteman Sunday and Virgil Belding returned home with him. Frank B. Anderson of Endicott died at his sister Cora Thrapp’s home on January 26 1928 at age 60 years 1 month 5 days. Born December 2 1867 he moved to Endicott with his parents in 1887 and resided there since. He is survived by a sister three nieces and three nephews and many friends.
