A J Bell's Garage Destroyed By Fire
The garage at the home of A. J. Bell, 802 Wells Avenue, was razed by fire Tuesday noon. The alarm came in at 12 45 p m with the blaze in an advanced stage. The cause was listed as spontaneous ignition in refuse stored in the back of the garage. Fireman Dusty Gay was cut on the left arm by flying glass from a window pane while fighting the blaze.
