City council weighs baseball and summer recreation needs

Stamford Garden Club received eight awards at the District VIII spring meeting held at the Stagecoach Inn. Clerk Mrs. Enis Bishop notes the new sticker system slows issuance and warns against delays and mistakes such as incorrect placement or misapplied stickers.
