Dan Carlton Haynes 15, son of Dan and Judy Haynes of Canadian, will join a Teen Missions International team of about 30 teenagers and four adult leaders on a summer mission to Dakar Senegal and nearby villages in Africa after two weeks of boot camp in Merritt Island Florida. The trip includes evangelism work with New Tribes Mission and a stop at Slave Island noted in Roots.

A group of statewide and district Jaycees officers met in Stamford to reorganize and renew the Stamford Jaycee Chapter.
