A C Ross to be buried in New Hope Cemetery
A C Ross 74 retired farmer died Tuesday evening at Stamford Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Funeral 2 30 p m Thursday at Assembly of God Church with burial in New Hope Cemetery under Kinney Funeral Home. Born January 3 1900 in Eunice Louisiana he moved to Texas in 1903 and to Jones County in 1912. He married Ida Dean Hawley November 17 1941 at Walters Ohio. She died January 22 19. Nephews will be pallbearers. Survivors include three sisters Mrs Jess Mickler Mrs Zephyr Brown both of Stamford and Mrs Corrine Adams of Hamlin and 16 nieces and nephews.
