Hamlin church marks 75th anniversary celebration
The First United Methodist Church of Hamlin will celebrate its seventy fifth anniversary with a 10 50 a m service led by District Superintendent Dr Darris L Egger who will preach. A covered dish luncheon follows and Rev Larry Adams will close with a 1 30 p m service featuring reminiscences from former pastors inviting area residents to attend.

The New Hope community homecoming is scheduled for August 12 at the Lions Club Building in Stamford with registration at 4 p.m. Saturday.
