Agreement to wed after two year elopement bid

In Kansas, George W Roberts and J A Morgan signed a contract barring elopement for two years. Morgan must work and not interfere with Stella Roberts while the father consents to marriage after the period. The unusual pact follows a previous elopement attempt and Morgan’s arrest for abduction.
