Brothers Hurt In Wagon Accident Near Wardsville
Ed Goff of near Tatham Springs was knocked from a wagon when boxes tilting toppled over the tongue injuring him and possibly internal damage. Brother Will Goff broke two places in his leg after his horse fell two miles away. Both men were attended by Dr. Hyatt in Tatham Springs and are reported doing nicely. Theodore Roosevelt and Charles W. Fairbanks were inaugurated in Washington with a large parade and about 200,000 visitors. The procession featured flags palms and historical figures along Pennsylvania Avenue. A band played Therell be a Hot Time as the President rode. Young Hotel Son Dies Fighting Lebanon Fire
Will Cleaver son of P C and Mrs Cleaver in the hotel business died this morning in Lebanon while helping battle a blaze at the W R Clark building. The fire began near the Marion National Bank area and wall debris crushed him. He was about nineteen and well known locally with many friends.
