Killed By Cars on Railroad Foreman in Phillipsburg

H R Hays a foreman of the bridge crew on the Knoxville branch of the Lawsville and Nashville Railroad was instantly killed Monday afternoon about four o'clock while trying to alight from a moving flat car. His body was brought home to Lebanon and the funeral and burial followed in Louisville.
