Miss Mollie Macpherson of Winnipeg visited Great Falls for a week and left September 6 to Lac du Bonnet. Beatrice Anderson of Broadlands left September 14 to take Grade 12 in Pine Falls High School. Miss Margaret Busch arrived September 13 and stayed with Mrs. Ortwein and Mrs. Lee, then left for Pine Falls to visit Mrs. Don Jacques. A surprise birthday party for Miss Busch occurred September 15 at Mrs. Ferguson’s home. Helen Fergusson returned September 13 to visit family while studying at St Mary’s Academy in Winnipeg. Mr and Mrs. Doherty spent last weekend in Winnipeg visiting Muriel. Stan Oakes, ex Government Survey, plans to finish Grade XI and pursue Grade XII. Mr. and Mrs. John Forbes visited Winnipeg with her mother and sister last week.
