A large group of friends gathered October 4 to honor Estelle Taylor, a bride-elect for October 9, at a shower in the United Church clubrooms. Mrs. Fred Magnusson heads to Winnipeg en route to New York for a family reunion with relatives in Vancouver and Sweden. Local visitors include Mr. and Mrs. Brandt and Mr. McIntyre from Canada. Thursday the Cres cent Bay teacher Miss Robertson brought her children to Great Falls where they enjoyed being the winners. After both games a lunch was provided. Mr. and Mrs. Harland hosted weekend guests Mr. and Mrs. Charles Darling from Treherne.
