Don’t Feed a Cold Old Advice Versus Modern View
Modern medical advice warns against feeding a cold into fever. At onset, drink plenty of liquids like milk juice and water. Rest helps, ideally a day in bed. Protect others by covering mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing and use disposable tissues.
