AP investigation shows tritium leaks at at least 48 of 65 U.S. nuclear sites, often into groundwater from corroded buried piping. Leaks exceed EPA drinking water limits at several facilities, with some offsite contamination and rising concerns over safety systems and aging plant infrastructure.
