Bealls sue West City over mobile home permit dispute
Zeigler couple James and Lorraine Beall sue the Village of West City claiming in 1974 they were denied a permit to place a $15,000 mobile home after providing required adjacent owner signatures. They seek damages from the village and named officers for denial of zoning access and conspiracy.
