Herrin couple Mr and Mrs T H Pete Jones will celebrate their 50th anniversary with an open house from 2 to 3 p.m. New Year's Day at 716 S 18th St. They were married in Herrin on Dec 31 1931. Their children Joyce Green Norman T Jones and Kenneth D Jones live in Herrin Bloomington and Tempe. They have seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. No gifts requested.
