Gasoline rationing announced at Marshfield plant
Manager Todd of the Standard Oil branch at Marshfield says gasoline sales will be limited to commercial use until June first when a large shipment of lower gravity gas is expected. After that, pleasure car owners should reduce use to about 80 percent. Lower test gas may improve mileage and cost about one and a half cents cheaper per gallon. Six thousand five hundred gallons will be reserved for farmers dairymen essential trucks and logging camps. Union Oil has no supply yet but is awaiting shipment.
