Accident Near Watertown Claims Ainsworth and Kempeska
An accident at Watertown last week involved Arthur Ainsworth of the Ainsworth Piano Co and Kempeska while fishing. In Pierre South Dakota August 26 the supreme court affirmed lower court rulings in State vs Fairchild and State vs Schull both saloon cases from Grant county. Convictions previously upheld in lower courts remain intact.
Geneseo Bank Robbed in Geneseo North Dakota
Geneseo State bank in Geneseo Sargent county was wrecked by robbers early today and $2.30 in paper money stolen. The interior of the building was wrecked. A $500 reward is offered for the thieves' capture.

Drowned Child Found in Water Tank Near Falkton
In Falkton South Carolina on August 25 a mother searched for her toddling boy nine miles northeast of town. Ten minutes after sighting him she lost track and a half hour later the boy's body was recovered floating in a watering tank three feet deep.
