Death of Mrs. L. D. Keller in Florida

A letter reports Mrs. L D Keller died Sunday in St Peters Florida after over a month of illness. The Keller family, formerly of this place, left St Petersburg with her remains for Alexandria to be laid to rest. The funeral occurred Thursday in Alexandria and the body will return Friday noon to be interred at Lake View cemetery. The family were well known to longtime residents here.

J D Gill and family moved to Warsaw last week to establish their future home. Gill sold his arm several weeks ago to Samuel Beber of Claypaul, and the property is now occupied by his son John Beber and family.

Death of George Yates in Wenatchee WA

J R Yates received word Saturday that George Yates died at two o clock that morning at his Wenatchee home. He lived here fourteen or sixteen years ago before moving to Washington. George was son of Solomon and unnamed mother, first of seven siblings to die. He married Dell Wideman and leaves a wife two sons and a daughter three sisters and three brothers and many relatives. No cause of death known at press time.

Mrs Albert Hatfield of Mentone died unexpectedly Tuesday at Woodlawn hospital Rochester while dining. She had been recovering from appendicitis surgery and was poised to return home the next day when apoplexy struck. She was daughter of Mr and Mrs John Widemap and sister to Mrs George Yates of Wenatchee Washington Mrs Leroy Yates of Stratford Texas and Mrs Jacob Weller near town. Funeral held in Mentone last Friday afternoon.
