Theodore Kissinger, a Liberty Mills resident, killed himself with a 32 caliber revolver in his home after a period of mental strain. His funeral was held Monday in Liberty Mills. He was uncle to W. B. Kissinger and Minnie Whittle of town and to Mesdames Elder and Valentine of Claypool.
Drew Fine and Sentence Joseph Garvin of west of Claypool pleaded guilty in Warsaw last week to dispensing liquors contrary to state laws. Garvin received 150 days in jail and a $50 fine.
Fre- Siding seller Jessie F Lynch, the auctioneer, called at this office on Tuesday afternoon. He has helped at several sales in the past six weeks and this farm work keeps him busy, yet he will cry a sale anywhere at any time when not otherwise engaged.
Esquire Abram Dillman, bedridden for weeks at his home southwest of town, was moved to his daughter's home in Marion to be near the doctor treating him.

Survived by father, mother, two brothers, one sister and many friends. one sister had died earlier. Funeral held at South Pleasant church Monday afternoon, Rev Haines of North Manchester and Rev Park of this place officiating.
