Dr Richard to Strong of Vaaverd university, sanitation specialist, inspects sanitary conditions at the American base camp near Colonia Dublan and other Mexican troop camps. He led the Red Cross assignment with the Rockefeller Foundation to stamp out the Serbia typhus outbreak and is credited with eradicating the plague.
