The State of Indiana Kosciusko County records a complaint in 88 In Kosciusko Circuit Court April Term 1916 by Harry S. Foster for quieting title to real estate in section 17 township 31 north range 5 east. The action lists numerous unknown defendants including the unknown spouses and widows of named individuals and seeks to adjudicate title against all claims. The property described is the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 17.
