Silver City businessman's death in one car crash
James David Luper a 42 year old Silver City businessman died Tuesday evening after his northbound car left New Mexico Highway 90 south of Silver City and rolled several times. An inquest put the time of death at 6 25 pm. Leonard Martinez was the investigating officer. Luper born in Francis Oklahoma had lived in the Silver City area 22 years. He owned Super Insurance Adjusters at 2103 Swan Street and was survived by wife Virginia and his mother Myrtle Luper of Toro Funeral arrangements pending.
