Cecil Thomas Hause II, six weeks old son of Mr and Mrs Stephen Hause of Conroe, died October 24 and was buried October 26 at Conroe Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Rigby officiating. He was the great grandson of Mr and Mrs B Williamson of Silsbee.

Last Rites For R. D. Bob Daniels Held Here On Oct. 24
Robert David Daniels 77 of Silsbee died Oct. 22 after a stroke. Funeral services were held Oct. 24 at Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. R. E. Barclay and Rev. C. B. Bass officiating. Interment followed at Grimes Cemetery near Colmesneil. Daniels, a WWI veteran and former timber contractor, leaves a daughter, four sons, a brother, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Rayford Birdwell, Lenox Hawthorne, Jack Coody, Elmo DuBose, James R. Walker, and Lee Kelly.

Constable Albert McKinney of Hardin County Precinct Five was indicted October 26 by the Tyler County Grand Jury on a felony theft charge. The accusation stems from a complaint filed by Aimuel Lee Gore of Silsbee charging the theft of a table saw and axle wheels from the old Sheffield place in Tyler County.
