Eight Indicted and No Bills in Hardin County Grand Jury
Hardin County Grand Jury met Monday January 19 indicting eight individuals including five burglary to commit theft charges against Alton Edwards James Williams Jr Theodore Follie Jerry Young both of Silsbee and David Parrish of Saratoga. Other indictments included Gerald Wayne Glenn for driving while intoxicated D C Elam for forgery and passing a forged instrument and Jimmy Dennis for injuring personal property. Battise Battise, 25, of the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation near Woodville, was hospitalized in Beaumont after a stabbing at 8 20 p m Sunday at the Torch Club near the Hardin Polk county line.
