Silsbee Man in Critical Condition After Saturday Crash

Floyd L. Smalls of Silsbee remained unconscious and in very critical condition at Baptist hospital in Beaumont after a Saturday night collision at 8th Street and Kountze highway. He suffered multiple injuries including a broken leg and pelvis, head injuries, and internal trauma. Three people were hospitalized. Laney and Thompson also injured, with Laney improving and Thompson released after treatment. Police linked the crash to Laney crossing into Thompson’s eastbound lane.

March of Dimes Drive Reaches $3896 In Silsbee
