County Judge Emmett Lack was removed from the Hardin County Citizens Committee for Redistricting by Federal Judge Joe Fisher in Beaumont. Fisher ordered a new chairman be named from three candidate names by Dec. 1 and scheduled county redistricting for Dec. 15, 1970.
