Man Pleads Guilty On Hot Check Charge In County Court
John H. Shillings pleaded guilty to hot check charges on April 10 and was fined $1 plus costs after restitution. Twenty arrests were reported at the county jail Monday morning by Office Deputy Dave Rountree and one case was heard in County Judge Fletcher Richardson's county court during the week. Arrests included two for drunk in car one for insane one for affray one for driving while intoxicated three for disturbing the peace and the rest for drunkenness.

Hardin County commissioners ordered a local option wet or dry election for May 10 in Justice Precinct 2 of the Chance-Loeb area.
