Thirty Lions Club members attended the noon luncheon at Hudson's Cafe. President A. M. Jackson led a business session deciding the club will send several representatives to Jefferson City over the weekend to assist in securing an enlarged Boy Scout program for Sikeston and Southeast Missouri. Allotments for Roads in National Forests in Missouri
The Public Roads Administration announces an apportionment of 113992 dollars for Missouri National Forest highways and trails for the fiscal year ending July 1 1941. Funds are allotted to individual forests to aid administration development use of forests for timber production grazing fire control recreation watershed protection and other values. Thirty three south Missouri counties will benefit.
