Sikeston merchants will vote on continuing the Southeast Missouri Jubilee after ballots are mailed by Jubilee secretary John G. Powell. The ballot asks if the festival should stay on its current basis and invites improvement ideas, with discussion of extending the event to three or four days and adding displays and a hillbilly barn dance.
