Summers Charged With Drunk Driving After City Crash
Alfred E. Summers faces a drunk driving charge after a head on collision at 11 57 p m Friday on Illinois between 19th and 20th avenues. Summers crossed the center line and struck G Sullivan of the Sioux Ordnance Depot, injuring both drivers. Summers suffered a fractured knee cap. Sullivan received cuts and bruises. Both vehicles, a 1937 Ford and a 1948 Chevrolet, were badly damaged.
