One year after a mysterious sign in Cheyenne County, Independent Cable International built a 168000 square foot factory now employing 49 on two shifts. More than 158 miles of telephone cable have been produced, shipping 11 truckloads to Midwest customers. Plant Manager Roger Price says output meets and exceeds expectations with plans for a third shift to run around the clock.
