The Union Pacific folds trains No 7 and 8 into mail trains No 5 and 6 with no diner service on the routes. Trains 6 eastbound from Sidney at 8 55 a m and 5 westbound from Omaha at 10 30 a m now handle mail passenger and baggage previously offered by four trains.

AEC Considers Sites for New Atomic Laboratory
