Telegraph: Depot Theft Convicts Oshkosh Telegraphist
B E Waggoner a former Oshkosh telegrapher pleaded guilty to breaking into the Oshkosh depot and stealing 30 dollars from the safe. He was bound over for arraignment before Dist Judge C G Perry and is jailed in Garden County. Agents found the deposited money did not match the amount in the safe and evidence shows entry by a window. Waggoner had worked previously in LaGrange Wyoming Lyman and Broadwater.

Manila reports say George C. Murray, 26, a Sidney figure, was shot by his wife Ester del Rosario Murray in their San Juan home on August 13. Murray, a former U S Army intelligence agent turned war surplus dealer, was killed while asleep. charge filed against his wife for murder as police cite jealousy.
