He has 15 years in CATV and helped build early Nebraska systems before joining TCI in 1964. Willis replaces J C Sparkman who became General Manager of CTCI operations in July. Case Bound To District Court Level
Sidney Fourhorn was arraigned in Cheyenne County Court on assault with intent to do great bodily harm. The case was advanced to District Court by County Judge Sydney G. Finch. The incident occurred on the Derby Oil Company lot at 14th and Illinois. Details were not available before the Labor Day weekend due to unsettled location. In other county court actions last week, Russell N. Lowry pled guilty to driving under the influence and was fined 100 dollars with a six month license suspension. David D. Strong pled guilty and was fined 33.50 dollars for disturbing the peace. Several other disturbance complaints were issued, but not yet heard.

Chappell Woman Dies After Car Pedestrian Crash
Doris Earnhart 57 of Chappell died at Miller Memorial Hospital after being struck by a car while crossing Highway 30 near Chappell. Witnesses say she did not see the oncoming vehicle driven by Floyd Lehn. Funeral 10 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church with burial in Chappell cemetery. Zimmer Funeral Home in charge.
