Heroic act saves child as man is injured at Glendo station
Allen Laughlin, a Glendo ranchman, sprang onto the tracks when his four year old son darted onto the line as a northbound train neared Glendo station. He shoved the child to safety but was struck by the locomotive and badly injured his hip. He was taken home for medical care and is not believed to be fatally hurt.
