Nebraska fitness program promotes health through exercise
The program begins with health appraisal and evaluation of underdevelopment designed to help every person recognize and seek correction of physical defects. A daily minimum of 15 minutes of body building exercises is recommended along with games, sports, outdoor activities, and special exercises to measure progress. Jet Bombers To Fire At Simulated Targets Near Sidney
The Strategic Air Command will start west of Sidney Nebraska simulated bombing runs using radar bomb scoring to assess accuracy. Jets enter at high altitude over Hardin Montana, descend to 7 000 8 000 feet, then run to 11 000 feet for a simulated bomb run as the RBS Express sites relocate every 45 days to add realism.
