Edward W Runge dies at 69 in Sidney
Edward W Runge age 69 a lifelong Sidney resident and community worker died Wednesday at Memorial Hospital after a period as a patient. Funeral services are set for 2 p m Monday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with burial at Greenwood Cemetery and military graveside rites. He was born October 19 1901 in Sidney to Gustave and Alvina Runge and married Ella Schumacher in 1921. He worked at Thomas Lumber Co until retirement and was active in the American Legion Rotary Club and Holy Trinity. Surviving are his widow and three sisters Christine Johnson Grace Riggs and Julia Matuska.

I 80 Opening Near Chappell Hinges On Weather
