Board of Trustees met in regular session in Sidney Nebraska on October 18 1912 with Chairman Ziebert and trustees McIntosh Fundingsland Wellner and Neu Bauer plus Clerk. Bills were read and approved for street work gravel and cement crossings. The board discussed removing telephone poles on Rose Street with Nebraska Telephone Company and Sidney Electric Service. A contract for 500 loads of gravel to finish Rose Street graveling was approved. The marshal was instructed to stop hitching to poles. Ordinance No 125 to prevent obstruction at railroad crossings was passed. Gus Wellner named street commissioner. Crossings ordered on First Street Myrtle and Second Street Myrtle.

Logan County man's appendicitis death in Colorado
